The McPherson County Speech team competed in MNAC today at Dunning. The entire team worked diligently and grew together today. We secured 5th place as a team and earned individual medals. Isaac Goosey achieved 1st place in extemporaneous speaking. Addie Hill and Nevaeh White earned 6th place in duet.

This week in English class, the freshman finished their Odyssey study by presenting their posters and interpretations of Odysseus's journey.
March Speech Schedule:
On March 8th, we will compete in the Wildcat Speech Meet at Maxwell High School. We will leave the school at 6:30 a.m., and the first round starts at 8:00. Please bring your binders, professional dress, and a positive attitude. You will also need money or sack lunches for the day. There will be concessions at the school for you to purchase food.
March 10th is MNAC at Dunning High School. We will leave the school at 7:00 a.m., and the first round starts at 10:00 a.m.
March 18th is D2-5 District Speech Meet at Wallace High School-details TBA.
March 28th is the NSAA State Speech Championships-details TBA.
Introduction to Agriculture students are learning about water pollution through simulating point and non-point sources while also predicting the impacts on ground water and surface water.
