McPherson County FFA members Brooklynn, Isaac, Corbin and Saije received the Nebraska State FFA Degree. The FFA degree program represents a member's progress in leadership development, agricultural education classes and SAE. To earn the state degree a student must complete the requirements outlined including an interview.











The National FFA organization motto is "Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve". FFA members demonstrated Living to Serve through volunteering time at the Lincoln Food Bank packaging produce.

McPherson County members, Brooklynn Fisher, Saije Phelps, Jackson Fisher and Adeline Hill were accepted to participate in the Ag Issues Academy. Prior to convention they had to complete pre-work. While at convention they visited the capital which allowed them to interact with our senator and watched our unicameral in session. They also learned about the legislature. Lastly members were recognized on stage. Visit with these members to learn more about their experiences.
