Boys Basketball Sub-District: SVM boys are #3 seed and will face #2 South Loup in Ansley at 7:00pm on Tuesday Feb 20th.

Thank you for all of your support last night! Can't wait to see what our student section does next week!
Edit: I would like to add this email that was received by administration. Kudos parents and students!
Good Afternoon:
I am writing to you as a parent of a varsity girls basketball player who plays for the Hi-Line Bulls. Your student body was a fantastic addition to the atmosphere of the sub-district girls basketball game last night. They brought lots of energy to the gymnasium while showing exemplary sportsmanship. As my daughter and I were talking last night, we discussed how it didn’t feel like a #4 seed vs #5 seed game. It had the atmosphere of a state tournament game. The energy they brought with them was contagious to everyone last night from the student body to the players to the coaches to the fans. I even saw the officials smiling at some of their actions. You have many reasons to be proud of both your girls basketball players and your student body. I hadn’t even heard of Sandhills Valley prior to last night. However, when I now hear of Sandhills Valley, the first thing that will come to mind is the phrase---“THEY ARE A CLASS ACT!”
