Good afternoon Maverick Nation! With all of the recent events happening, we decided to cancel our Junior High basketball games tomorrow, January 23rd with Hyannis. No make up date has been decided. If you have any questions, please reach out to Mrs. Florea.
Junior high games that were postponed today, January 20, will now be played tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21, in Tryon starting girls at 1 o'clock central time. Boys will start approximately 2:15 central time.
Due to the number of quarters the JV Girls and Boys will play tomorrow at Thedford, game times will be start at 4:45 JV Girls, 5:15 JV Boys and varsity girls at 6:00 with varsity boys to follow.
Sorry for the late message, but Junior High basketball games scheduled tomorrow, January 20, in Tryon have been postponed. We will send out more information later.

Congrats to our Lady Maverick Wrestlers for a fantastic weekend on the mat! Freshman Lillyan Sheets took 4th at the Sidney meet. Senior Saije Phelps took home two 2nd place finishes at Sidney and Garden County. Seniors Chloe Schaeffer and Mariah Duran took first place in their weight classes at both Sidney and Garden County. Congrats on starting off 2025 with such great success ladies! We are proud of you!
