Sandhills Valley Student-Athletes!
A friendly reminder that physicals are required for ALL incoming 7th grade and 9th grade students and need to be turned into the office of each respective school.
Although grades 8 and 10-12 are not required to have completed physicals for this year, it is highly encouraged to complete if possible.
The CSC camp is now allowing payment. Please finish this when you get a chance. Also, please contact me to let me know if you are planning on attending or not.

Evening practice sessions (voluntary) will held at the Park (Sand Volleyball Court) in Stapleton! Please bring an outdoor volleyball if you have one, your own water bottle, and be ready to get your sweat on!

Due to the resurgence of Covid-19 in certain states and the ease of Nebraska Directed Health Measures, the respective school districts of Sandhills Valley are requesting a new release form from ALL student-athletes attending any summer activities (one per family).
Hard copies will be available for pickup tomorrow (Friday, June 26th, 2020) at the school offices of both Stapleton and McPherson County.

High School Mavericks:
Tim Karn is making himself available to sponsor open-gym three times a week. This will take place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday following evening weights and conditioning sessions (about 8:15 pm) at Stapleton. This is a great opportunity to shake the rust off and improve upon your skills!

McPherson County High School Students! June 1st is the kick-off to summer weights! Coaches will be available on an "on call" basis for you to schedule and access the weight room. Tryon coaches should be communicating the best way in which to reach them. Remember that games, matches, and events are won in the weight room during June, July and August! Go Mavericks!
There was an error in the posted start times for the games this evening against Arthur. JV will begin at 6PM followed by boys varsity at 7PM. Please help spread the word! #GoMavs
SVM Boys game against A-M is tomorrow, Monday, at 5:30 in Arnold. The van will leave Tryon at 3:30 and the bus will leave Stapleton at 4:00. Players should dress up, as usual for game day.
All eligible players and managers are expected to attend the game.

There will be a bus leaving from Stapleton at 1 pm tomorrow. Please be there by 12:50 to load.
If you are not riding the bus from Stapleton please be in Tryon by 1:45 pm.

Jr. High Girls and Boys Maverick Basketball Teams will be traveling to Brady tomorrow, Monday January 13. Girls games start at 1 pm with Boys to follow at approximately 2 pm.
The bus will leave at 10:45 am from Stapleton and the van will leave at 10:40 am from Tryon. Sack lunches WILL BE provided for all of the players!

The games will be played tomorrow, times still to be determined. This is not ideal, but this is the decision that is made to ensure the safest possible outcome for everyone involved.

Our games tomorrow have been pushed back to allow for winter road conditions.
Players will need to be in Stapleton at 12:30, the bus will leave at 12:45. The van will leave Tryon at 12:35. We will meet at Cody Park at 1:15.
The girls game will start at 3:00 and the boys will start at 4:30.

Information on the basketball games in Maxwell tomorrow, December 30th. Girls play at 12 PM and Boys to follow at 1:30 PM.
The bus will leave Stapleton at 10 AM. Please be at the school at 9:45 AM. A van will be leaving from Tryon at 9:50 AM. We will meet up at Cody Park in North Platte at approximately 10:25.
