JH Sports will always be seen as a developmental program in which the process and focus will never be judged solely on wins and losses. In fact they are relatively irrelevant. However, that doesn't mean we can't celebrate success when and where we can.
We are very lucky to have these two coaches this year leading our large group of junior high students. Coach Martin and Coach Jones have made a tremendous impact in a short time.
Congratulations to these ladies on their first wins as Coaches. We look forward to watching them grow and develop their skills along with our JH Lady Mavericks Volleyball program.

FYI - regarding parking for the Cozad XC meet on Saturday:
Due to a sprinkler/irrigation issue, we will not be allowed to have spectators park on the driving range like we have in the past. Spectators will have to park along Country Club Road (see attached picture - parking highlighted in yellow). The Sheriff's Dept will assist in directing traffic and we'll have a van shuttling spectators as the parking gets further away from the course. Thank you for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.
TIME CHANGE: Thursday Sept 19th's JV/VAR Volleyball dual has been moved up to a 4:00pm/5:00pm start time to accommodate for our parents and fans to make it back for our home football game vs South Loup at 7pm that same night.

Congrats to the JH VB Lady Mavericks. Great showing in Wallace today! A-game winners 2 sets to 1 and B-game winners 2 sets to 0. Awesome work by players and coaches! Thanks to all the parents/fans who came and supported the team too! It was a fantastic turnout!

Lady Mavericks have their first home game in a Triangular vs Hyannis and Wallace on Thursday Sept 5th. Here is the info sheet regarding start times for each game. All games will be live streamed on our SVM Hudl TV site.
JH VB plays their first game of the season on Wednesday in Wallace. There will be no streaming of the event. Here is the information if you want to attend in person.

VB TIME CHANGE: The volleyball triangular in Hayes Center is being moved up to a 4pm CST start for both Varsity and JV. Varsity will still play a triangular while JV is being switched to a dual only vs MHC. Bus leave time for VB will be 1:15pm from Stapleton
