We should all be super proud of our McPherson County One-Act Team! These kids had numerous obstacles to overcome, and they never gave up once. We came home with three acting awards this time. We would have liked more, but we'll make up for it at districts next week.

MNAC 2021 Conference Results:
*McPherson County One-Act team received runner-up at the conference.
*McPherson County One-Act tech crew received 3rd place at the conference.
*Acting Awards were received by: Camron White, Kinnley Powers, Nastacia Waddell, Ethan Schmidt, Kaden Blake, and Saije Phelps.
*The Best Actor Award went to Camron White.
One-Act Updates:
*November 20th, the one-act students will be competing in Kearney at 2:45 p.m.
*Please be at the high school no later than 6:30 a.m.
*North Platte kids, please be at Cody Park no later than 7:00 a.m.
*You need to bring a packed lunch or money for the Kearney High School concessions for lunch
*We will be eating supper at Outback Steakhouse, so please plan accordingly.
*The Awards Ceremony will be at 6 p.m.
*We should be back at Cody Park at 8:30 p.m. and back at the high school by 9 p.m.
*If you are going to leave with your parents after the performance, you need to be signed off the sign-out sheet.
K-6 learned about Native American History using zoom and listening to Jerome Kills Small teach us about his past.
Miss Choat is looking for 2 adult individuals interested in helping judge the FFA LDE (Leadership Development Events) contests on Dec 1 in North Platte. If interested or would like more information please contact Miss Choat either by email (echoat@mcstryon.org) or calling the school.

McPherson County one-act students performed Saturday in Gothenburg. They did a fantastic job, even with a couple of light and tech mishaps. They brought home four actor/actress awards and one festival cast award.
