The McPherson County JH had the privilege to travel to Red Cloud and visit the Willa Cather Center. They also went on a tour of Willa Cather's Childhood Home, J.L Miner House, the Burlington Depot, Grace Episcopal Church, St. Juliana Falconieri Catholic Church, and the Red Cloud Opera House. The whole experience was unique, educational, and just plain fun. The staff at the Willa Cather Center were very professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Lastly, our students were so well behaved. The ladies running The Willa Cather said they were the best students they have had and tried to keep them all, lol.

Monday, our data collection team and administration had some follow up training on a new data collection system, eduCLIMBER. This program will be a great asset to our district and help our teachers and administration with future decisions on best practices.
