The McPherson County Speech Team is currently competing in several events at the Elm Creek Speech Meet.
February 17th: The Elm Creek Speech Meet will be at the Elm Creek High School. We will leave Tryon at 5:30 a.m. and pick up NP kids at 6:05 a.m. Students need to bring food or money, their professional dress, and binders. Round one starts at 8:15 a.m.
Welding student, William Anderson, tested some welding skills and repaired a flatbed as project.
Introduction to agriculture, food, and natural resources students are in the soils unit. Exploring and learning about several aspects of soils is fun and very relevant to everyone!
Students have been using the 3-D printer from the STEM lab. Thank you to Custer Public power for the opportunity to allow students to critically think and explore new and relevant industry technologies.

Come help us celebrate our Lady Maverick Wrestlers and Coaches! We will be having a send-off at 12:50 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14th at the McPherson County Gym. If you cannot make it to the school, line the streets and honk and wave as they go by at approximately 1:00.
