The 9th graders constructing mousetrap catapults. They are working under time and cost constraints to create a catapult that will launch a piece of gum across the gym. When finished, they will be able to demonstrate their understanding of potential and kinetic energy.

Food Science class prepared a meal for 5 & 6 grade today and shared their skill with bok choy and Swiss chard that they harvested from the tower garden
5th and 6th grade were able to harvest their crops from the tower garden yesterday and enjoy them at lunch today! Dishes prepared were Chicken Bok Choy Stir Fry and Swiss Chard Linguini.
