Dino Doers had some special helpers today to put on an academic carnival. Students had to answer questions to play games and earn tickets. The tickets were then spent on some awesome prizes. 5th and 6th grade did an amazing job helping.

K-6 went on their field trip to North Platte on May 1. They explored the water cycle at the Extension Office. They took a little break to play tag after lunch. Then finished their day off at NPHS to watch some amazing science experiments. The kids had an awesome time!

More students being rewarded for their hard work in math class! I hope you enjoy your pie Kaden, Malaky, Aubrey, Katherine and Abigail.

K-6 Field trip getting started!

A successful 2019 Field Day is in the books! The elementary kids did outstanding and had a great time! Thank you to all of the staff, Jr & High School students, Improvement Club and parents for all your help! This would not have been possible without all of you!! Thank you!

Attention 3rd-6th grade parents:
If you have baseball/softball gloves for your kids could you please send them with your kids this week? We are going to and have been starting on a baseball/softball unit for PE these last weeks of school...weather permitting of course! Thank you!

Congratulations to Kaden and Kinnley for their hard work earning pie in ALEKS!

More Jr. High health.

The Junior High health class has been learning about safety when it comes to extreme weather conditions. The students had to design a presentation about what causes the weather phenomenon around us and how we can be safe. The topics were extreme heat, blizzards, tornadoes, thunderstorms, and floods. The students were very creative in designing their presentations.

The MCS basketball team will have a small concession stand down at the football field tomorrow for Field Day! It will be mainly beverages and candy bars. The proceeds will go towards the shooting machine purchased earlier this year! Come out and watch the elementary kids perform their events! They have been working very hard and are excited for tomorrow!

Congratulations to Katherine and Alissa for their hard work earning pie in ALEKS!
