Families of the 2020 graduating class,
It is finally here; we get to help celebrate with these 9 wonderful young women. Graduation will be held in the school gym at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday July 11, 2020. We have been given this opportunity for celebration as long as we follow the pandemic rules.
Due to the Pandemic we will be following rules set by our administrative team and West Central District Health Department, to make this a joyous and safe occasion for all.
Social Distancing:
Please, as you enter the building stay, within your family groups and try to stay six feet apart from other groups.
The graduates will have assigned seating for family and those groupings will be separated from other family groupings. There will be seating in the bleachers for other guests, you may sit with your family but please then distance yourself from other family groups.
When the ceremony is over, the graduates’ tables will be set so there is 6 feet between the items set up on the table to view. Please maintain this social distancing of 6 feet.
When going to the restroom please maintain the 6-foot rule. We will be using our tile squares to help with the distancing.
Wearing Masks:
We are requesting that all in attendance wear a mask. You may bring your own or disposable masks will be available.
Hand Sanitizer is available for use as you enter the building, please do so. There will also be hand sanitizer on each graduates table, please use this before touching anything on their table, and try to keep touching their items at a minimum.
Temperature:
If you are running a temperature or feeling unwell, please choose not to attend. We want everyone to be safe for the graduation and the days after.
